The Top Management Meeting in November once again brought together more than thirty presidents and directors of companies in the automotive sector.

The tender for the Centre de Formació Professional d'Automoció de Martorell focused much of the debate, as it has recently become known that different organizations are bidding for its future management. The general tone was one of expectation in order to assess how the process develops over the coming weeks and months. The manager of CIAC, Josep Nadal, explained that direct contact is maintained with the Generalitat to convey the demands of the sector and did not rule out further action.

On the other hand, the OEM stops have once again been part of the conversation and information has been shared on those that have been made so far.

The AEI grants have also focused a very important part of the dialogue at the Top Management Meeting, since during the last few weeks different projects have been worked on to apply for these grants. The summary of AEI 2021 proposals presented at the meeting showed a total of 13 projects.

The end of the meeting was used to recall the launch of the first edition of the Automotive Talent Show that took place on November 19 with public success as more than 350 young people came to Circuit Barcelona-Catalunya.
